KARACHI: The verdict of case regarding removing model Ayyan Ali name from Exit Control List (ECL) has been sent to Chief Justice (CJ) Sindh High Court (SHC) over judge’s opposite notes.
The SHC heard the case against inclusion of the model Ayyan Ali name in the ECL. The verdict which was reserved found to be having opposite notes by judges.
One of the honorable judge approved the model petition while other honorable judge rejected the Ayyan Ali petition.
Having different notes by the judges in the verdict, the judgment has been now sent to CJ SHC. After receiving the verdict the CJ will appoint referee judge for the verdict and the referee judge decision will be final in the case.
