NEW DELHI: The protesters of Shaheen Bagh have been denied permission by the Delhi Police to go on foot to have a meeting with Union Home Minister Amit Shah at home here on Sunday.
The Shaheen Bagh protesters had on Saturday approached the local police for obtaining a permission to hold a march to the residence of Amit Shah on Sunday at 3pm.
The protesters had sought a permission for a 5,000 marchers, police said.
Police sources said the Shaheen Bagh protesters had been denied the permission to hold the march.
