PESHAWAR: Shabab-e-Milli Pakistan has been renamed to Jamaat-e-Islami Youth Wing following announcement made during quarterly ‘Ijtema-e-Arkaan’ held in Al-Markaz-e-Islami Peshawar under chair of district chief Sabir Hussain Awan.
A quarterly performance report was presented by parliamentary leader of district general secretary and district council Khalid Waqas Chamkni.
The participants of the meeting approval planning for next three months while Shabab-e-Milli Pakistan was renamed to Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Youth Wing. It was also decided to organise condolence reference on October 20, 2015 in remembrance of elder JI politician Muhammad Azam Chishti and Maulana Muhammad Yousuf Qureshi in Al-Markaz-e-Islami Peshawar.
In the session, newly-elected zonal chiefs also took oath including Barrister Atif Ali, Muhammad Iqbal, Rizwanullah Saraf, Shehzad Ahmed, Dr. Ateequr Rehman, Qaim Ali Shah, Abid Ali Shah, Haji Fazlur Rehman, Mushtaq Ahmed Khan, Fida Muhammad, Sikandar Khan, Habibur Rehman Orakzai, Khalid Gul Mohmand and various others.
Moreover, a five-day training session will be organised in JI central headquarter Mansoora Lahore on November 11-15, 2015 which will be participated by elected councillors, nazims, naib nazims, activists and various other responsible persons.
