KARACHI: Negative trend gripped Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) on start of the week on Monday as nearly 1050 point dropped.
The KSE-100 Index was at 32450 with a negative change of -1050 points.
Due to today’s KSE crash it has been said that investors have lost as many as 21 billion rupees.
High and Low were 33541.59 and 32944.79 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 112,222,000 shares with 262 total traded companies out of which 34 were up, 220 were down and 8 were unchanged.
Earlier it was said that some negative news were spreading in the market due to which market undergone downward but it is expected that in remaining half market will become somewhat at least normal then current position.
However the KSE could not recover in the other half as well even it was worst in comparison to first half.
