LAHORE: Seven labourers were killed and four others sustained injuries as a wall collapsed on their tent due to rain late last night.
According to police, the wall of an under construction godown at Quaid-e-Azam interchange fell over the tent of labourers who were working on the Orange Line Project. Resultantly, two of them died on the spot whereas five others succumbed to their injuries at the hospital.
The rescue teams retrieved other critically injured from the debris and shifted them to different hospitals.
