PESHAWAR: As many as 10 terrorists were killed in a cordon and search operation in North Waziristan near Pak-afghan border, ISPR said on Thursday.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the operation was carried out in Dattakhel close to the Pakistan-Afghanistan boarder.
The operation was conducted late night where security forces killed Haji Ilyas Gul, a wanted terrorist, in an intelligence-based operation in Spin Khawrah area bordered by Bannu and North Waziristan.
The ISPR said four of Gul’s accomplices, who were involved in various terrorist activities, were also killed in the operation.
