English batsmen set huge target of 284 runs against Green Shirts during the second One Day International (ODI) match being played at Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi.

Alex Hales smashed astonishing ton to lead England to set up huge target along with his strong opening partner Jason Roy who scored 54 runs with handsome strike rate.

Alex Hales scored overall 109 runs off 117 balls to become top scorer in the match while Joe Root hammered 63 runs. Opening batsmen managed to add 54 runs in the scorecard.

Wahab Riaz grabbed three important wickets while Mohammad Irfan and Iftikhar Ahmed took one wicket each.

Earlier, England won the toss and elected to bat first.
