Islamabad: Federal Minister for Education Shafqat Mahmood has said that schools will remain closed if coronavirus cases are not reduced.

The federal minister on the rapidly increasing coronavirus cases said that there is an option of promoting students to the next classes without examinations.

“Coronavirus’s clouds are hovering over school exams, and anything is possible if things get worse,” he said.

The federal education minister said there was an option to close the school if the growing number of coronavirus cases did not decrease.
