ISLAMABAD: Scattered rain with gusty winds is expected in North East Balochistan, FATA, Khaber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) while isolated places at Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan and Punjab in next 24 hours.
Thundershowers with gusty winds are forecast at Quetta, Zhob, Sibbi and Kalat divisions, Federally Administered Tribal Areas whereas at isolated places in Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan Makran division Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Sargodha and Lahore divisions during this time span.
A fresh westerly wave is affecting western parts of the country including upper parts of Balochistan, FATA, KPK and likely to spread over Punjab, KP, G.B and Kashmir on tonight/Thursday, an official of Met office said.
In last 24 hours light rain-thundershower occurred at isolated places in Quetta, Zhob, Makran, D.I khan and Bannu divisions. The recorded rainfall during this time span was Pasni 05 mm, Bannu, Barkhan, Zhob 01 mm.
