Rana says Nawaz Sharif wants unconditional talks with all parties including PTI

LAHORE: Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah has expressed the confidence that the Supreme Court verdict will be based on merit and for the bright future of Pakistan as there is no direct allegation against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in Panama papers case.

Talking to media persons on Monday, the Punjab Law Minister said the supreme court did not summon Nawaz Sharif for cross examination and unless a person is not cross examined, he is not punished.  He was confident that Pakistan would continue to march forward under Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.

He said the PML-N has full confidence in the Judges of the Apex court as they do not give popular decisions as per demands of Aitzaz Ahsan, Sheikh Rashid and Imran Khan.

When asked to comment on Sheikh Rashid Rashid’s remarks that coffins would come out of the supreme court, Rana Sanaullah said the coffins are not taken out of the Apex judiciary. He asked the political rivals to keep their tongue under control saying they were dreaming judgement in their favour in Panama case.

“If at all funeral processions are to be taken out, these would be from Bani Gala and Lal Haveli” he retorted.

To a question, he said the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Sharjeel Memon is accused in corruption worth five billion rupees.

The people in Interior Sindh are living in deplorable conditions, Rana Sana said. He advised Sharjeel Memon to face courts if he is clear, and said the PPP is striving to hide its corruption.

PPP will be wiped out from Sindh and the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the next general elections, Rana Sana claimed.
