Islamabad: Supreme Court of Pakistan has ruled out government’s Hajj policy-2016 and restored 50pc quota for private Hajj schemes, settling a plea that challenged decrease in quota for private Hajj scheme.
According to Hajj policy 2016, sixty percent pilgrims were supposed to perform Hajj under the government scheme, while fourty percent through private Hajj scheme.
