ISLAMABAD: The federal government has been directed by the top court to reply in writing as to how the case of the arrest of retired Colonel Advocate Inamur Rehman is related to the national security.
The Supreme Court of Pakistan issued this order here on Monday while hearing a petition filed by the federal government against the retired colonel’s release order issued by the Lahore High Court.
Last month, retired Colonel Advocate Inamur Rehman was picked up from his residence in Rawalpindi.
