ISLAMABAD: The issue with regard to constituting a new bench for the hearing of presidential reference against Justice Qazi FAez Isa will be sent to the Chief Justice, decides the apex court here on Tuesday
The decision came after two members – Justice Sardar Tariq Masood and Justice Ijazul Ahsan – recused themselves from the bench.
Later, Muneer A Malik, the counsel for Justice Qazi Faez Isa prayed the apex court to constitute a full court bench to hear his clients plea.
