Saudi Arabia allows Taraweeh prayers at two holy mosques during Ramazan

Riyadh: Saudi Arabia on Wednesday allowed offering Taraweeh prayers at the two holy mosques during the upcoming month of Ramazan.

The Presidency of the Two Holy Mosques’ Affairs said that Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud had approved performing Taraweeh in the two holy mosques.

The kingdom is also planning to ease curfew hours during the holy month of Ramazan to facilitate people in buying essential items, according official news agency (SPA).

Earlier on April 12, the kingdom had announced a restriction on offering Taraweeh prayers at mosques during Ramazan.
