Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has decided to make big changes in the management as well as in the team.
The fate of Afridi is yet to be decided, but PCB has made the decision to sack Head Coach Waqar Younis, sources said.
The board is in talks with Aaqib Javed to replace Waqar while Mohsin Hassan Khan could become the chief selector of the Green-Shirts in place of Haroon Rahseed, the source close to the board said.
It added that Sarfraz Ahmed vice caption of Twenty20 and One Day International (ODI) would lead the team in the shortest format of the game.
