Sri Lankan legend Kumar Sangakkara and South African all-rounder Ryan McLaren have greeted people of Pakistan on 70th Independence Day.
Both players greeted the nation in a video message released by Karachi Kings in which Sangakkara said, “ “Hi, I am Kumar Sangakkara, the captain of Karachi Kings. I would like to send all my best wishes to the people of Pakistan who are celebrating their country’s 70th birthday. ‘Shukria’, keep supporting cricket, keep supporting Karachi Kings.”
“Your support keeps us strong and keeps us motivated,” he added.
On the other hand Ryan McLaren said, “I would like to wish everyone in Pakistan a hearing congratulation on the 70th Independence Day celebrations.”
“Hope you guys enjoyed the celebrations and most of all ‘Shukria Pakistan’,” he added.
