ISLAMABAD: After deprived of his National Assembly (NA) seat Saad Rafique has challenged election tribunal decision in the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
It is pertinent to mention here that the Election Tribunal hearing plea of NA-125 three days ago had declared the election null and void.
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leadership on Wednesday had announced to challenge the tribunal decision in the SC.
On Thursday(today) , Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) issued a notification cancelling the National Assembly (NA) membership of Pakistan Muslim League (N) leader Khawaja Saad Rafiq.
