LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Tuesday submitted a resolution in Punjab Assembly condemning Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain’s July 12 speech.
According to the reports, the opposition leaders Mian Mahmood-ur-Rasheed and Subtain Khan tabled resolution stating that the House salutes sacrifices of Pakistan Army, Rangers and strongly condemned provocative speeches of Altaf Hussain against law and enforcement agencies.
The resolution also urged the federal government to arrest MQM chief through Interpol and filed case against him as per law.
