Education is a fundamental axis that enlightens individuals, and its goal is not just to acquire knowledge but also to implement that knowledge. This implementation is a necessary demand of human character, which brings refinement to society. When we talk about education and its various levels, particularly for students up to the matriculation level, it is often observed that when teachers are absent, a substitute teacher is sent to ensure that the class is not left empty and the students’ educational process is not hindered.
In college life, the quality of education and student success depend on how well they organize their class routine. During college studies, it is crucial for students to plan their time effectively. According to their class schedules, students should create a plan for their daily activities to allocate appropriate time for each subject. Regular attendance in classes is the foremost responsibility of students.
It is the responsibility of college administration to ensure that classes are conducted. Sometimes, when a teacher is absent due to necessary reasons, the administration is informed in advance so that substitute classes can be organized.
Moving towards my title, at the university level, it is essential for students to focus on their education, time management, personal development, social relationships, and mental health. All these elements are crucial for their academic and personal success.
University students are more mature and discerning; the class schedules differ slightly from schools and colleges. While it is true that classes are regularly held in university, there are times when it becomes difficult to conduct them. However, it is noteworthy that classes are also conducted as substitutes, and professors carry out their responsibilities diligently.
To clarify, university classes are held according to the schedule issued by the Dean of Faculty. If professors are unable to arrive at the designated time due to meetings or traffic jams, there is no surprise in that. Your class will indeed take place, provided that the professors inform your class representative or group representatives. Until then, you will have to wait for the class.
One common aspect among students is emotionality and wasting time, which significantly affects our society. Students are the architects of the state’s future, but we often do not see this reflected, as many near graduation still struggle to understand why they keep asking professors the same question: “Will there be class?” Typically, every other student in the groups addresses professors with this inquiry about whether class will occur, when it will be, or even if a holiday can be declared. What is this? What kind of frivolity causes confusion among master’s students?
Every individual has a perspective, and their thoughts reflect their character. What is in your mind comes out in your speech, which then mirrors your character. When students enroll in university, they must consider these factors carefully. If your class is scheduled to start at 9 AM and end at 2 PM, make a mental note that this will happen daily. If you cannot be in university at that time, then do not enroll and continue with your commitments.
In conclusion, the aim is that professors are aware of their responsibilities and know that students are waiting for them. Instead of bothering them with repeated messages, waiting for their responses fosters a positive educational environment. Day by day, professors often express that they are disturbed by students repeatedly asking about class schedules. If the class is scheduled for a certain time, it will happen; if, for any reason, it does not, a substitute will be arranged.
Students should also focus on developing personal skills, such as communication abilities, time management, and problem-solving skills. This educational journey is their responsibility, and diversifying their thinking can further accelerate their learning pace. The guidance of professors combined with students’ interest can create a successful educational environment. In this way, we can contribute to the formation of a society enriched with knowledge and wisdom.
