KARACHI: Pakistan Rangers, Sindh, in an action against criminals in Maripur area of the metropolis have arrested three suspects.
According to a Rangers statement issued here on Saturday, accused Naimatullah and Muhammad Shamrez alias Chajja are TTP’s terrorists.
It said the suspects during interrogation have confessed their involvement in Rs 7,500,000 bank robbery at Habib Bank Yousuf Plaza Branch, besides their involvement in the cases of extortion, street crimes and several other decoity incidents.
It further said another suspect Fawad alias Chota who is a Lyari Gangster has confessed his involvement in gangwar and extortion collection. Weapons have also been recovered from their possession, it added.
The suspects were being handed over to police for further legal action.
