ISLAMABAD: The original affidavit Rana Shamim, the former chief judge of the Supreme Court Gilgit-Baltistan, was received by the Islamabad High Court here on Monday.
According to judicial sources, a courier was received at the registrar office of the Islamabad High Court from London. After receiving, the registrar had put another seal on the envelope.

They added that the envelope of the affidavit of Rana Shamim’s statement will be opened next Monday during the hearing.
The sources said that the envelope will be opened by the IHC chief justice as it contains the word “Confidential”.
