LAHORE: The Lahore High Court on Tuesday accepted the bail plea of former Punjab law minister Rana Sanullah in the narcotics case.

The court ordered the PML-N leader to submit two surety bonds worth Rs1 million each.

The PML-N MNA was arrested on July 2 by the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) from near the Sukheke area in Punjab.

The ANF team had claimed to recover 15kg heroin from the vehicle in which Rana Sanullah was traveling to Lahore from Faisalabad.
