LAHORE: Rana Sanaullah, the PML-N MNA has demanded of the government to conduct his trial in an open court.

Speaking to reporters here on Saturday, the PML-N leader urged the government to submit the video evidence against him in the court.

He said that his counsel had prayed to the court they would not accept their client’s indictment until the video evidence is not provided in the court by the government.

Last month, the Lahore High Court had accepted the bail plea of former Punjab law minister Rana Sanullah in the narcotics case.

The PML-N MNA was arrested on July 2 by the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) from near the Sukheke area in Punjab.
