ISLAMABAD: Rain-thunderstorm with strong gusty winds is expected at scattered places of upper parts of the country while at isolated places of Balochistan during next 24 hours.
Rainfall is likely to hit Khaber Pakhtunkhwa, FATA, Islamabad, Punjab, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir, while at isolated places in Quetta, Zhob, Sibbi, Sukkar, Larkana divisions.
Low pressure area lies over north Balochistan and with its trough extending southeastward. A fresh westerly wave is likely to enter upper parts of the country during evening/night and may persist till Wednesday, an official of Met office told APP.
