SIALKOT: Director General (DG) Pakistan Rangers Punjab, Major General Umar Farooq Burki has said that the Rangers remains committed towards a secured working boundary and international border as per their national aspirations.
The DG Rangers Punjab visited Sialkot sector on Tuesday and was received by Sector Commander Brigadier Amjad Hussain on the occasion. The DG Punjab Rangers was given a comprehensive briefing on security and other operational/training aspects.
Speaking on the occasion, Major General Umar Farooq Burki commended the alertness, professional skills and high morale of Rangers troops performing the duties in the face of all odds, and expressed his satisfaction over state of operational preparedness.
While talking to commanders, DG Rangers reiterated that Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) have the courage and resolve to face all challenges and give befitting response.
