LAHORE: Punjab government on Thursday (today) announced Growth policy 2018 which will create as many as one million jobs in the province.
Announcing the growth policy 2018 provincial finance minister of Punjab Mujtaba Shujaur Rehman informed that one million people would be provided employment in three years under the Punjab Growth Program while 2 million graduates would also be imparted training.
The Minister said that the Punjab government will make the policy successful by overcoming energy crisis. While the government will take production rate up to eight percent, he added.
He said that the provincial government is giving special attention to eradication of terrorism and establishment of peace in the province.
