LAHORE: Punjab assembly on Thursday approved a resolution unanimously to form a high-level investigation commission over the BBC report.
The resolution demanded the federal government to form a high-level investigation committee on BBC report to find the facts. The resolution was approved unanimously by the assembly. PTI MPA Aslam Iqbal tabled the resolution in the assembly.
It is pertinent to mention here that the BBC report alleged MQM for taking funds from India and involved in anti state activities.
