ISLAMABAD: Inter-provincial and inter-city transport will be closed across the country including Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad during coming Eid holidays.
A circular has been issued by the Home Ministry on the direction of the NCOC, according to which inter-provincial and inter-city transport will remain closed across the country from May 8 to 16.
In addition, the NCOC has decided to issue SOPs related to Aitkaaf, Shab-e-Qadr and the Eid prayers.
Tourist places, public parks, hotels, shopping malls will remain closed during the Eid holidays, only citizens of Gilgit-Baltistan will be allowed to visit their areas.
Roads to Northern Areas, Murree, Swat, Galyat, Sea View will remain closed while uninterrupted power supply will be ensured during the Eid holidays.
