OKARA: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is all set to show its strength at a public meeting going to be held today (Wednesday) in Punjab Okara.

The rally is being held in contest of October 11 by-elections in National Assembly constituency (NA) 144 Okara.

The seat fell vacant after Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) MNA, Chaudhry Arif, was declared ineligible for holding fake FA (intermediate) degree in August. His opponent Fayyaz Ahmad of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) had challenged his degree in the election tribunal.

According to PTI rally management, more that 10,000 male and female activists are likely to attend the election rally at Football Ground where PTI Chairman Imran Khan will address his supporters. – Samaa
