Karachi: Sindh Minister for Industries & Commerce Jam Ikramullah Dharejo has said that PTI Sindh leaders are conspiring to create division among the people on urban and rural basis and inciting Karachi traders against the Sindh government.

But the conscious people of Sindh will not allow their nefarious aims to succeed.

He said in a statement issued here on Thursday.

He said that the PTI Sindh leaders were doing nothing but press conferences and accusations on Sindh Good and especially the PTI provincial and national assembly members who were accidentally elected from Karachi, they had only left to make critical statements against Sindh Government.

Dharejo added : “Coronavirus is a global pandemic and there is a lockdown in countries around the world to deal with it. Why do these leaders object only to the lockdown in Karachi?.”

He said that the Government of Sindh was aware that the common man, business community and industrialists were facing difficulties due to the lockdown but the economy would get better one day but it was not possible to bring back human lives. Human lives are very important to us.

He said that PTI leaders should not politicize human lives and support the Sindh Government in the fight against Coronavirus. He said that various industries have been allowed to operate under SOPs. In addition, various commercial activities are being gradually revived, but we must stop the spread of the Coronavirus in any case.

The minister said that the steps taken by the Sindh government against the corona virus have been universally accepted but the leaders of PTI Sindh have been blindly criticizing the Pakistan Peoples Party for its nefarious aims and inciting hatred among the people for their nefarious purposes.

Dharejo said that the spirit of love and self-sacrifice needs to be promoted in the holy month of Ramadan and not to create division among the people.
