ISLAMABAD: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan on Tuesday said that the government has left people on the mercy of floods by not building water reservoirs and dams.
Talking to media in Islamabad, the PTI chief maintained that the whole nation is bearing the brunt of mistakes committed by Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and PML (N).
About expected floods in his party led Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, Khan claimed that he has directed the the provincial government to take all possible measures to cope with the situation in the wake of recent floods in Chitral.
I have asked the KP Adminstration to announce an emergency in wake of Chitral floods and extend all help to the affectees immediately.
