DUBAI: Karachi Kings’ batsmen set handsome target of 148 runs against Sarfraz Ahmed-led Quetta Gladiators during fourth match of Pakistan Super League being played at Dubai International Cricket Stadium.
Ravi Bopara was top scorer from the Kings’ side who smashed 40 off 29 balls followed by skipper Shoaib Malik with 37 runs off 25 balls. James Vince also retaliated hard against solid bowling attack of the Gladiators that downed opening batting lineup after fall of Lendl Simmons 11 and sent off Nauman Anwar on duck.
Anwar Ali and Mohammad Nabi managed to grab two wickets each while Mohammad Nawaz took one wicket in the match.
Earlier, Gladiators won the toss and elected to field first against Kings.
