PSL: Lahore Qalandars win against Peshawar Zalmi

Lahore Qalandars grabbed last ball victory over Peshawar Zalmi after an interesting fight during 15th match of Pakistan Super League (PSL) played at Sharjah Cricket Stadium.

Qalandars won the match with four runs thanked to Kevon Cooper and Cameron Delport’s smart bowling attack who grabbed three wickets each. Zalmi batsmen failed to achieve 165-run target with fall of seven wickets.

Dawid Malan was top scorer with 42 runs while Tamim Iqbal scored 30 runs. Skipper Shahid Afridi failed to show magical batting skills in the crucial match.

Lahore Qalandars’ set handsome target of 165 runs against Peshawar Zalmi over loss of three wickets thanked to strong partnership of Cameron Delport and Umar Akmal.

Delport’s individually scored 78 off 61 balls while Umar Akmal not out 52 completed his half century on last bowl of the inning.

Junaid Khan grabbed two wickets including a controversial leg before wicket of Chris Gayle while Darren Sammy took one wicket in the match.

Shahid Afridi-led Peshawar Zalmi won the toss and elected to field first against Lahore Qalandars during 15th match of Pakistan Super League (PSL) being played at Sharjah Cricket Stadium today.
