LAHORE: The Pakistan Super League-5 winner team will pocket $500,000 cash prize while the runners up will collect $200,000.
According to an official hand out issued here on Tuesday, the total prize money of $1 million has been earmarked for the tournament. $4,500 has been kept for the man-of-the-math award for the each PSL match.
It added that $80,000 will equally be given away to the player of the tournament, best bowler, best batsman and for spirit of cricket award at the end of the league.
The rest of the money will be used for other various awards for instance best run-out, most sixes and the best catch.
The Pakistan Super League-5 will commence in Karachi from Feb 20.
