Protestors violate ‘written, verbal agreement’, says Nisar

Federal Interior Minister Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan said pro Qadri protestors have violated written and verbal agreement.

Addressing to media he said, a committee has been formed under the supervision of Senior Additional Secretary to investigate how protestors entered in federal capital despite the agreement.

Nisar said they tried to do politics and on Chehlum on Mumtaz Qadri, who had killed formed governor Punjab Salman Taseer over blasphemy row.

The interior minister warned, if protestors didn’t disperse within an hour, then the government would take action against them to vacate the D-Chowk and media will be allowed to capture the whole operation.

Government of Punjab agreed till 25th March morning to observe the chehlum after the protesting parties given written and verbal assurance, he told.

But they didn’t keep their words and somehow entered Islamabad. They not only threaten Punjab government but also presented charter of demands as well, he added.

Several peopled started creating chaos and a few of them have been arrested while other are identified from the videos, Nisar said. That they will be arrested very soon, he said.

He also appreciated other religious leaders who kept their promise.
