Government of Sindh has removed Mushtaq Jahangir and appointed Shahdat Awan as prosecutor in Dr Asim case.
As per details, Sindh home ministry has changed the prosecutor in Dr Asim case. Mushtaq Jahangir who refused to declare former petroleum minister innocent was removed by the provincial government.
Shahdat Awan, who is backed by Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP), agreed to declare Dr Asim innocent in the case for which he will present a report in the court on December 21.
