Prime Minister meets top executives of three Chinese companies

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif on Monday hold meetings with top executives of three leading Chinese companies, Huaneng Group, ICBC Corporation and Zonergy Corporation.

On the occasion the PM said Pakistan is facing acute shortage of energy and the government has made a commitment to the people to meet this shortage during its tenure in office

The Premier said a lot of emphasis is being laid on timely completion of ongoing energy projects.

Nawaz Sharif  said the government will provide all possible facilitation to the Chinese companies.

The PM said that Chinese Present Xi Jinping  visit will usher in a new era of development in Pakistan and open a new chapter in bilateral relations between the two countries.

The Chinese companies heads said that the strong Pakistan-China friendship provides an excellent platform for boosting.
