KARACHI: President Mamnoon Hussain attended a passing out parade ceremony here at the Marine Academy on Saturday.
The president, during the ceremony, handed out awards for excellence to the cadets.
Speaking at the ceremony, the president said that the purpose of establishing the Marine Academy was to protect the sea limits. “Countries in Central Asia are interested in benefiting from the CPEC. One can hope to get much more success in the future,” he said.
He added that the nation was proud of sacrifices made by the armed forces against terrorism.
