PPP decides to make Sohail Anwar Siyal interior minister Sindh

KARACHI: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) has decided to make its leader Sohail Anwar Siyal as home minister Sindh.

He will take oath of the ministry on Thursday (today) in evening. Sohail Anwar Siyal was elected a member of provincial assembly from by-polls in Larkana.

Sohail is regarded as close aide of Faryal Talpur, sister of the PPP co-chairperson Asif Ali Zardari.

Moreover, the oath taking ceremony of the newly appointed minister will be held in Governor House Sindh at 5:30 pm.

Sindh had seen last home minister till June one 2012 when then home minister Manzoor Wasan refused to continue his duties for the portfolio.
