Minister of Water and power has stated the operation to fix the fault in Mangla Dam on Friday.
The operation is headed by the minister himself Khawaja Asif, sources said. Technical fault emerged in in Muzaffargarh grid station while Terbala and Mangla grid stations were tripped due to fog.
Several cites of Punjab suffered the power breakdown including Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
Sources told that the ministry has started the operation to fix the fault.
