The second phase of Local Government Elections in 12 districts of Punjab and 14 districts of Sindh have begun.
The polling started at 7:30 this morning and will continue till 5:30 in the evening without any break.
The Election Commission has postponed Local Bodies’ elections in 81 local councils of Sindh.
The commission has also established a control room in Islamabad.
Complaints can be lodged on telephone numbers 051-9210816-8 for Punjab and on 051-9210819 for Sindh.
A voter can be verified from the website of the election commission.
Meanwhile, strict security arrangements have been made for the elections in both Punjab and Sindh.
