A police official was killed and another injured following firing by unidentified culprits in Nazimabad area of Karachi on Tuesday evening.
The police personnel were deployed outside a bank situated in Hyderi neighbourhood of North Nazimabad area who were targeted by unidentified assailants.
The heavy firing injured both police officials on the spot, later, one security personnel succumbed to injuries while being shifted to the hospital.
The deceased police official was identified as Shahnawaz. Following the terror attack, heavy contingents of law enforcement agencies cordoned off whole area.
