Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) Major General Asif Ghafoor on Friday praised the professionalism displayed by the police in recent times as first responders.
The military spokesman’s tweeted his praise after the Sindh Police and Rangers foiled a terrorist attack on the Chinese Consulate in Karachi. Two policemen ASI Ashraf Dawood and Constable Amir Khan were martyred in the attack.

Three terrorists were killed before they were able to enter the facilities of the Chinese Consulate in Karachi.
Among the first to rush to the Chinese Consulate was Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP), Suhai Aziz. She led the security operation and received praise for her bravery from the Sindh chief minister and Inspector General Sindh Police.
