KARACHI: A Deputy Superintendant Police (DSP) was killed as unknown assailants opened fire on his car in Shah Latif Town area of Karachi on Tuesday.
According to initial details, DSP SITE Majeed Abbasi was taken to the Jinnah hospital after the gun attack but was soon declared dead.
Four gunmen on two motorcycles attacked the slain DSP in Shah Latif Town area. The DSP was on his way to office when he was attacked.
Sindh Home Minister took notice of the tragic killing and immediately called for an inquiry report.
Pakistan Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and President Mamnoon Hussain condemned the incident with Premier calling for the inquiry report into the murder of DSP.
