RAWALPINDI: Police under its ongoing drive against anti-social elements have arrested 13 lawbreakers besides recovering 3705 grams charras, 41 liter wine and four pistols 30 bore with 14 rounds from their possession.
According to Rawalpindi police spokesman, Pirwadhai police held Muhammad Shafique for having 1150 grams charras. Cantt police netted Murad Arshad with 2155 grams charras. Saddar Wah police arrested Imran Ali on recovery of 400 grams charras.
Pirwadhai police apprehended Azhar and Muhammad Ali for carrying 18 liter wine. Murree Police recovered 10 liter wine from Abdul Rehman and Shafique Masih. Naseerabad police rounded up Akhtar Mahmood and Majid Khan for having 13 liter wine.
Bani police netted Rehmat Ullah for possessing a 30 bore pistol with four rounds. Sadiqabad police sent behind the bars Qasim Hussain and recovered a 30 bore pistol and four rounds. Rattamral police also recovered a 30 bore pistol and three rounds from Sanwal Khan. Mundra police arrested Imran Abbas for carrying a 30 bore pistol and three rounds.
Separate cases have been registered against all the accused while further investigation is underway.
