Lahore High Court (LHC) has issued notice to Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) for not giving decision on disqualification plea against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
LHC conducted the hearing on the application of Syed Iqtidar Haider against Prime Minister.
In the petition he said PM doesn’t fulfill article 62 and 63 of the constitution. ECP didn’t take any action on the plea.
He further stated that PM has not right to stay on the post after Panama Papers.
LHC orders ECP to make the decision on the plea and issued notice to the election commission.
