PML-N says PTI has history of not accepting poll results

LAHORE: PML-N central leader Malik Ahmad Khan on Sunday said that the PTI does not accept the results even when it is ruling.

Addressing a press conference here, Malik Ahmad Khan said that the PTI had not learnt any lesson even from May 9 case.

He further remarked that on May 9, the youth were brought to the front of state and the government, using them as a tool. Malik Ahmad observed that this is the worst abuse of Pakistan. He said it was a conspiracy against politics, economy and forces of Pakistan.

Speaking about the elections, the PML-N key leader said that the example of Daska election is in front of everyone. The proceedings of Daska election were conducted in the court of ex-CJP Umar Atta Bandial and that is in front of you.

The PTI had even reasoned alleged election rigging for its sit-in staged on Aug 14, 2014. Malik Ahmed Khan said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has a long history of not accepting election results.

About the statement of former Rawalpindi  Commissioner Liaquat Ali Chattha, Malik Ahmad Khan said that the commissioner has nothing to do with the election process or the Election Commission of Pakistan.

The PML-N leader said that the Commissioner of Rawalpindi is neither RO nor DRO.
