ISLAMABAD: The PML-N has moved the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to halt the notification regarding the success of the PTI leader Faisal Vawda.
PML-N lawyer Jahangir Jadoon had filed the petition, saying that Faisal Vawda had neither appeared before the ECP nor the Islamabad High Court, which had already declared the PTI leader’s affidavit as fake.
It was also prayed in the application that the Faisal Vawda’s notification should also be halted by the ECP and the disqualification plea be admitted for hearing today.
