ISLAMABAD: Former prime minister and PML-N leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has hinted at tendering the resignations from the assemblies.
Speaking on a morning show of a local TV on Tuesday, Abbasi said that a strong reaction would come on the arrest of Shehbaz Sharif. We will have to give a sacrifice of of resignations, he added.
“The narrative of Mr Nawaz Sharif and our is same. Government is scared of the opposition,” the PML-M leader said.
He said that the PML-N president had been arrested after filing a reference.
Mr Shehbaz Sharif had already spent 70 days in remand, the former premier said and added that he had received an another notice yesterday from the NAB court for hearing.
