KARACHI: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said that development of Pakistan will take place only when all the provinces will develop. There are unemployment, inflation and other problems in the country and we have to solve them, he added.

Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif is in Karachi, the provincial capital, on his first one-day visit. The prime minister was accompanied by PML-N leaders Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Marriyum Aurangzeb and Muftah Ismail.

From Faisal Air Base, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah took the prime minister in a helicopter and reached Mazar-e-Quaid.

Accompanied by Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, the leadership of coalition parties including Pakistan Peoples Party and Muttahida Qaumi Movement also arrived at Mazar-e-Quaid. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif visited Mazar-e-Quaid, laid flowers and offered Fateha. Written comments were also registered in the guest book.

After visiting Mazar-e-Quaid, Shehbaz Sharif reached the Chief Minister’s House in Sindh where he was received by the new Chief Secretary Sohail Rajput.

According to Sindh Chief Minister’s Spokesperson, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif had a formal meeting with Sindh chief minister at the Chief Minister’s House. The political and economic situation of the country and other issues were discussed during the meeting.

Earlier, Prime Minister Mian Shehbaz Sharif, while announcing to convert the Prime Minister’s House into Pakistan House, has said that there is a coalition government and everyone has to be included.

Nawaz Sharif will finalize the portfolios of the PMl-N ministers, he said.

Speaking at an Iftar dinner in honour of senior journalists, the newly elected Prime Minister said that if the president was not feeling well, may Allah give him health. On the orders of the Supreme Court we will act accordingly against the violators of the Constitution, he further said.

Referring to the economic situation of the country, the prime minister said that short and medium term plans are being formulated to reduce inflation.

He said that we will not say anything to anyone. The institutions will do their job. Those campaigning against the institutions will be caught by the law, he said.
